Medium worsted yarn (4)

1 ball blue jeans 

Crochet hook: 5.5 mm /

Notes

The pattern is written for medium size, for size small, reduce 1 round from each step and add one round for each step for large size.

The pattern is worked in the 3rd loop ( behind the hdc).

Written Pattern

Step 1

Ch3

Round 1: 10 hdc in 3rd ch from the hook, join with a sl st to the top hdc.

Round 2: ch2, working on the back 3rd loop, 2 hdc in every st. Join.

Round 3: ch2, 2 hdc in 1st st, 1 hdc in next st, repeat ( 2 hdc in next st, 1hdc in next st). Do not join.

Place a st marker,

Step 2, working in spiral.

Round 4 to 17: hdc in every back st. 

Step 3

Round 18: from the last st, ch 1, turn, sl st in every st till you reach the last 4 sts, leave them unworked.

Round 19: ch1, sc in every st ( you have a st facing and one at the back side, work the sc in the back st).

Round 20: repeat round 18

Round 21: repeat round19

Round 22: repeat round 18

Round 23: repeat round19

Round 24: repeat round 18
