st: stitch

sts: stitches

dc: double crochet

sc: single crochet

hdc: half double crochet

sl st: slip stitch

Written Pattern

Ch 80

Join the 2 ends to form a circle.

From 1st ch count 40 chs, place a st marker on the 40th ch.

Round 1: ch 2, 2dc, ch2, 3 dc in 1st ch, *sk 2, 3 dc in next ch, sk 2, 3 dc in next ch**. Repeat from * to ** till you reach the st marker. Make 3 dc, ch2, 3 dc on the 40th ch, continue working from * to ** till the end of the round, join to the top initial ch2.


Round 2 to 30: ch2, in the ch2 corner, make 3dc, ch2, 3 dc, 3 dc in every sp, (3dc, ch2, 3dc) in next corner , 3 dc in every sp, join at the end of the round with a sl st.
