Single crochet bucket hat crochet pattern 

The Pattern is written for medium size, for a larger size you must enlarge the flat circle in the beginning work, that means instead of doing 11 rounds of flat circle, you make 13 and if you want a smaller size you make 10 rounds, the rest  stays the same.

The hat is worked in 3 steps,  the crown making, rounding the hat and finally constructing the brim of the bucket hat.

  Written Pattern

Ch 2

Round 1: 6 sc in the 2nd ch from the hook, join  with a sl st to the 1st sc.

Round 2: ch1, 2 sc in every st, join

Round 3: ch1, 2sc in the 1st st, sc in the next st, alternate, 2sc, 1sc, 2sc... till the end of the round, join

Round 4: ch1, 2sc in the 1st st, 1 sc in the next 2 st, repeat , 2,1,1,2,1,1 till end of the round

Round 5: ch1, 2sc in the 1st st, 1 sc in the next 3 st, repeat , 2,1,1,1,2,1,1 ,1 till end of the round

Round 6: ch1, 2sc in the 1st st, 1 sc in the next 4 st, repeat , 2,1,1,1,1,2,1,1,1,1 till end of the round
